Hetalia is my absolute favorite anime/manga.
Favorite pairings: Prussia/Canada, Russia/Canada, Russia/America, Austria/Canada, Prussia/Austria, Spain/Romano, HRE/Chibitalia, and Prussia/Austria/Canada (as a 3 way).
I also like Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), Junjo Romantica, Devil May Cry, Homestuck, Vassalord, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, Pokemon, Durarara!!!, Lamento, Togainu No Chi, Black Blood Brothers, Darker Than Black, Princess Tutu, Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, Cardcaptor Sakura, and many more that I don't wish to keep spaming about right now. ^^'

The only anime con I have been to is ACEN (Anime Central; I have now been there 4 times as of this year) and after that the only other can I have ever been to is Gen Con.
